How long is the Black Friday sale running for?
Our Black Friday sale runs from 8pm on Sun Nov 13th to 11.59pm on Mon Nov 28th.
Will there be Early Access to sale items?
The ONLY way to get early access to Black Friday deals is to download the Gym+Coffee app on the Apple App Store or through Google Play. App users will have access before anyone else!
Will items be restocked during the Black Friday sale?
Stock will be replenished as additional stock comes in. Sometimes it can happen quite quickly, like when a customer returns an item, or abandons a cart mid-checkout. Keep checking back!
If an item you want is marked as ‘Out of Stock’ online, we recommend setting a stock reminder.
If you have chosen the size you want, you’ll get the prompt: Notify me when available. Click it, then follow the on screen instructions to set your reminder.

We do our best to answer all queries as quickly and efficiently as possible, but the volume of queries during a sales period like this is always way, way higher than usual, so please bear with us!
We answer queries chronologically, in the order we receive them.
If you’ve messaged us on one contact platform or channel, we ask that you don’t follow up with us on a second. And please don’t send further reminder mails to us; this will only serve to delay our response to you.
Our support team will get to everyone and resolve any challenges as effectively as possible!
Discount Codes
All existing discount codes have been temporarily disabled for our Black Friday sales period. You’ll be able to use your code again, once the sales period has finished.
We’re offering up to 50% off a range of items across our collection and we think you’ll be pretty pleased with what’s there! No extra discounts necessary!

Returns + Exchanges
Sometimes the items you order aren’t quite the right fit, style or colour for you. It happens.
- For all purchases made online with us from the 16th October 2022, up until Christmas, including items that were on sale, we are extending our returns period to January 15th 2023.
- For items purchased at full price, customers can be refunded in store or through our online returns process
- For items purchased at a sale price, that are returned in store, customers can avail of an exchange, or a credit note
- For items purchased at a sale price, that are returned through our online returns process, customers will be refunded
- Exchanges for online purchases can only be made in one of our stores (Excluding Kildare Village Outlet). This must be done before the extended returns period expires.
If you don’t live near one of our stores, it unfortunately won't be possible for you to exchange your order. You can of course still return it to us for a refund, but if you are looking for a different size, colour or item, you'll need to purchase it separately.

Black Friday Order Amendment & Cancellation Policy
Once you’ve placed your order we’re unable to make any changes including:
- Delivery or billing address
- Adding additional items to your order
- Changes to size or item ordered
- Once an order is processed we are unable to cancel the order.
The item(s) will be shipped out to you and if you’re not happy with them once you’ve received them, you can return using our online portal https://returns.gympluscoffee.com/ or return/exchange them in store.
Incomplete addresses e.g. those without a correct Eir, Postal or Zip Code may be returned to us and you will be refunded once our warehouse receives it.
Gym+Coffee reserves the right to change the sale time frames, discounts and product availability throughout the Black Friday Sale Period.
