We have an amazing duo leading this weeks session, Becca Gillen and Sarah Moloney. Becca and Sarah are going to take the class through a series of circuits that combine cardio and strength moves to help lose fat and build muscle. There will be a nice mixture of individual and partner workouts and exercises will be performed at bodyweight to cater for all levels of fitness.
We love the idea of training on a beach with the Dublin skyline in the background, it should make for such a cool and different workout.
